i have to start this by saying i never was a big shopper, i probably never will be. department stores scare me, and i have trouble spending more then five dollars on an item. i enjoy thrift stores, but i can't spend more then half an hour in one. plus, when i buy clothes, it's with almost always with my money. and since i'm a youngin, i earn very little money.

with that said, i love urban outfitters. i don't have a lot of stuff from there, and what i do have was majorly on sale. but i go in there fairly frequintly. about a week ago i found this hoodie, i loved it madly. it had dancing pandas all over it. it was on sale for 35 dollars from 58. that's still pricey, so i just stalked it. three days ago, i saw this sign in the window at urban saying "50% off all sale stuff!" so i went in, got the hoodie and put it on hold. (it would still be 17.50, so i didn't have to think about it).

well i went back the next day with shelly and adriana, to get my hoodie. i also ended up finding a wallet, a purse and a hat. it that sign in the window was right, all of that stuff with the hoodie should be about 35 dollars. it wasn't. the snoty bitch at the counter rings everything up, then says " that will be 75.somthing" i say "it was all on sale" she says "oh, are you talking about the sign, yeah that starts tomarrow" i say "yeah, then i can't afford this, can i put it on hold?" she says "no, we don't do that for sidewalk sale" yeah, i'd forgotten about sidewalk sale. then she takes my stuff, and puts in behind the counter. i was mad. very, very mad.

so i called them later that night to ask what time they opened the next day, because the bag, wallet and hat i'd grabbed were the last of their kind, and i had been looking for a wallet and purse for about a month now, and the hat must be the only one in the world that looks good on my head. anyway, they opened at 6.

so the next day, at 6:00am my mom and i were driving downtown. some wild whim had struck my mom, and she decided she loved me enough to drive me there, somthing i still find shocking thriteen hours later. it was still dark when we got there. all of the street lights were on and urban was swarming with people. it looked like some huge porchlight and a bunch of moths. i found all of my stuff within five minutes, and spend about twenty minutes in line. i had an interesting conversation with the guy working there, which i really can't remember most of but he told me i had a beautiful personality in a really random way. but to be fair he had had only three hours sleep.

i slept for another hour then went to dance, then went back downtown. i got a grab bag from ATC which was pretty cool. i ended up going back to urban because the people with me wanted to go. i actaully found the lily allen CD there, which i had been looking for because online it was on sale for 10 bucks, so i asked a diffrent guy working there if it was on sale, and i told him it was on the website and he was like "yeah, i can give it to you for that" and i was like umm okay! and since it was half off on sale say i got the lily allen CD for five dollars. crazy. all girls who work at urban at total bitches, but all the guys are really nice.

annnnnnd then i came home and slept, then woke up and felt very, very sick. so i stayed home from nighttime dance. and i went to the dentist, so mouth hurts so very much.

wow this ended up really long.

stuff that is now mineCollapse )

mood: hyperDRUGS!

last night i had a strange dream. there was no real order, i just sort of went from one setting to another.

the first was a house in the middle of a desert, it was sort of like the hotel from physco and sort of like the house from house of a 1000 corpses. there was a man there, who was a cross between norman bates and the creepy blonde guy from house of 1000 corpses. he was insane. he was telling me about his coat, this coat that when he put it on he could control the crows, who would kill whoever he wanted so that the guy could eat the pecked-to-death person. he was only cannibalistic when the coat was on.

the second was backstage a few hours before gala. for some reason some of the dancers had spent the night there and maddie was being a real bitch. but she wasn't really maddie, she was like a cross between amelia and maddie. she kept saying really mean stuff about ida to me, and ida was standing right there so i would stick up for ida without trying to argue with maddie but she just went of on me and said we wern't friends anymore. and ida just walked away. then i was on a fainting couch for a while, and mulligan came over and talked to me.

the third was a huge party. it was summer, and my house was huge and there was a pool and i had invited every over for my birthday party. there were hundreds of people there, like a girl i chatted with at petco or people from my dance class in davis. and it was a fantastic feeling that all of these people were here because they cared about me. the only down side was i couldn't find my bathing suit and this creepy guy was there. but the creepy guy was sort of funny in his creepiness.

then i woke up. and i was crying because of the pain in my mouth, because my medication had worn of hours ago.
because my wisdom teeth got taken out on thursday. all four of them. so it hurts to talk, smile, eat and drink.

so that's it, i guess. at least things have stopped being blurry.

hey, i'm sick.

in dancing news: i'm going on pointe this summer! finally. i'm also trying to plan a way to go to the kansas city ballet school. there is a bus i could take, but when you add bus fare plus 19,000 a year for tuition, it's a little much.

i'm writing this essay for the paper. they're doing this story on homeschooling and since i'm such a radical unschooler like whoa this guy interviewed me and my mum for an hour or two, then this other guy came to my dance class and took pictures of me. then they asked me to write an essay, and then i'm going to record it and it will be a podcast. i feel so famous.

oh! i get to babysit this three month old baby. he's so cute, and his parents are so nice. they're such cool parents, they're doing the whole cloth diapering, co-sleeping, breastfeeding thing, and they're already planning to homeschool, probably unschool.

and i'm going to see "carmen" at the kansas city ballet on may sixth which will be fun. i'm doing it through the art center, so cheap tickets and people i adore.

california was great. i love stinson beach. i miss bailey and diane. i should probably go in to deatails but i'm not going to right now. it was really fun.

i'm off to play SIMs. enjoy the pictures.

PS
oh yeah, this weeks house freaked me out so fucking much. i've been checking my moms back and mine for bra injurys.

these pictures have been on my camera for monthsCollapse )

Body: as i was looking through my files, i found this little story. i think i wrote it two years ago. it's not very christian.

"Here’s how it happened: These roman solders were eating bunnies outside of Jesus tomb and he was like "not cool! not cool!" because Jesus loved bunnies so he woke from the dead and came out and turned alllllll the bunnies in the land into chocolate and all the chickens into peeps and all the insects into jelly beans. there were 3 days of mighty bingeing then everyone came down from they're sugar high and was really pissed at Jesus because now they wanted salty, and they had no eggs that were not filled with caramel or marshmallow, no chicken that was not a peep and no bunny that still had its ears. So they killed Jesus again."

have a good easter!

of montreal at the granada. only twelve dollars. alas! my mother won't let me go alone because people are "weird".

christmas brought lots of good things, my birthday brought a digital camera, being horribly disappointed by friends brought a hamster.

so many pictures, no idea how to post them. i know nothing about battery chargers!

SAT in eight days.
